How to find out if you need nutritional supplements

As Americans, we tend to eat fast foods a lot of the time, which causes us to need nutritional supplements. You may be eating plenty of food, but not eating the right foods that give your body the nutrients you need to be healthy. Are you eating plenty of fruits and vegetables? Fruits and vegetables add lots of vitamins and minerals into your daily nutrition. They give you antioxidants which are reported to help fight against diseases and certain forms of cancer.
Having a healthy lifestyle in general can give you more energy and keep you from getting colds as often. The food and physical activity choices you make every day affect your health—how you feel today, tomorrow, and in the future.
It's hard to get all the fruits and vegetables that you need each day. And forcing or bribing your children at every meal can get real OLD!
